Ron Drori
CEO & Founder
As an experienced CEO and board member with over 25 years in the retail industry, I have served in key executive and non executive roles across CEE, the Middle East and India.
In the early 2000’s I introduced a multinational pharmacy chain to the Polish market, a drugstore chain which today is the largest in Poland. Following this success I have joined a leading Israeli energy business to spearhead the establishment of a convenience store concept for their national gas stations, and between 2010-2014 I served as the CEO and President of the 4th largest pharmacy chain operator in Europe.
In recent years I have founded Investment Management Partners, a Warsaw-based venture that supports companies with business development, operations, financing, M&A, and strategic advice. This led to an extremely successful collaboration with Bazelet Group, the largest medical cannabis company in Israel. Our partnership, IMP&C, offers extensive experience in cannabis market operations and pharmaceutical distribution in Israel and Europe, and is the exclusive importer, seller and distributor of Bazelet Group’s products in Poland.

Przemysław Aleksander Schmidt
Board member
After having sold my recent company (spring water HOD), I have been working as a humanizing leadership development professional, psychodynamic executive coach (INSEAD – ICC4 and ACG1); passionate about organizational behavior, personal growth and team development. Working with company founders and teams to build teamwork, resilience and insight into team dynamics. I am also an investor, ex- CEO, ex-investment banker, and ex-attorney-at-law; open for new business opportunities. I studied in Poland (UAM, summa cum laude), the Netherlands (Leiden, the Hague), the US (Georgetown, UC San Francisco – Fulbright Fellow) and France (INSEAD).
I have more than 35 years of professional experience, including 20+ years as senior executive. I have co-founded and co-developed a few successful companies, including the first company from the CEE Region listed on the NASDAQ (media-telecom, 1997) and the leading Polish investment bank (www.trigon.pl). Some of my investments failed and I have learned from the failure. I joined the YPO in 1998 and I had been quite active for many years, on the Chapter and European level, including as European Membership Chair and Chairman of YPO Europe. For developing the YPO European Region, I received the Alexander Capello Award at the Miami GLC.
